XIT is establishing a philanthropically funded laboratory in Texas, USA. This lab is designed for one purpose: to bridge the "Valley of Death" between scientific breakthrough and patient access.

By removing the profit motive, we are building a fast lane for advanced genetic therapies.

The science is ready. The technology is here. The XIT lab is designed to empower scientists, researchers, and engineers to apply tools like CRISPR to pediatric cancer.

The XIT lab will allow us to create life-saving therapies and—most importantly—give them away to the children who need them, completely bypassing the profit barriers of traditional pharma.

We are not just researching — we are building to deliver curative therapies directly to children.
